 Where do your products ship from?

Our products are hand-made by a team of expert seamstresses in Perth, and are being shipped directly from Western Australia  (not to worry, it only takes Australia Post 2 days (on average) to deliver with EXPRESS POST.

 

Where is my order? Is it lost? I haven't heard anything from you yet....

Because our gorgeous accessories are hand-made, they take 2-5 business days to process. If you have been waiting longer than that, and are worried, do send us an email. 

I paid for EXPRESS SHIPPING, Why don't I have my parcel already?

We can understand the confusion here, but this just means EXPRESS POST. It's a fee for your parcel to be posted EXPRESS with Australia Post, as opposed to STANDARD POST which takes longer. We do not benefit from this. It is merely a postage fee. Please see the explanation below:
EXPRESS SHIPPING / EXPRESS POST - an fee that goes to Australia Post to send / deliver faster than if you had paid for STANDARD POST.
This doesn't mean we dispatch your item the next day. Processing times remain the same on our end.
NEXT DAY SHIPPING:  This means we make sure your parcel is DISPATCHED on the next Business day. However, from then on it will be in the hands of Australia Post who will probably deliver it in 2 days or so. 
We used to offer NEXT DAY shipping before but unfortunately we don't anymore as we are currently inundated. 

 

Can I change my order? 

Send us an email, if we haven't shipped it yet, we are happy to do this for you.
P.S. If you have a question that needs to be answered as soon as possible, please send us an email. Unfortunately social media is not the quickest way to get in touch with us. So any messages / questions on our social media may not be seen for some time.
