We are doing our absolute best to create minimal waste. Our masks are handmade in Australia. Please allow 3-10 business days for your order to be processed. Kalahari Ink is grateful for your patience in the name of quality.
Our commonly used shipping terms and what they mean:
FREE SHIPPING is offered on orders $100 and above. This complimentary discount is automatically applied at checkout. These orders will be treated the same as the EXPRESS SHIPPING mentioned below. (Valid for AUSTRALIAN customers only).
NEXT DAY SHIPPING: This is occasionally offered on certain products, and will specify. It means your order (of that specified item) will be DISPATCHED on the NEXT BUSINESS DAY, except Monday. All 'NEXT DAY SHIPPING' orders from Friday and the weekend will be shipped on Tuesday. Please be aware that NEXT DAY SHIPPING does not mean your item arrives on the next business day. After we dispatch it, it will be in the hands of Australia Post and may take 2 to 3 days to deliver.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: These orders will be dispatched in 3 to 5 business days upon which you will receive a tracking number.
STANDARD SHIPPING: These orders will be dispatched in 5 to 10 business days.
If there is a delay with (dispatching) your order, we will send you an email.

You are fully responsible for the tracking of your items once they leave KALAHARI INK headquarters i.e. once you are provided with a tracking number.
Disclaimer: It is your responsibility as the buyer to provide us with the correct shipping address. Once your order is shipped and we provide a tracking number, we can no longer modify your address. Once the order is shipped, YOU, as the buyer assumes all responsibility for tracking your package. If a package is marked/tracked as "Delivered", KALAHARI INK will not process a refund for that package. YOU as the buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs, which will be subtracted from any refund owed.
N.B. THE DELIVERY TIME ON THE TRACKING PAGE VIA AUSTRALIA POST IS AN ESTIMATION. THIS IS AUSTRALIA POST'S BEST GUESS AS TO WHEN YOUR ORDER WILL ARRIVE. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE EXACT DATE YOUR ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED.
