Returns & Exchanges

*Subject to a few exceptions noted below, we are happy to accept timely returns of new and unused products within 30 days from the date that the order was shipped to you. 
*Your refund will be in the form of online store credit, excluding any shipping charges. If you qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase, we will deduct our standard shipping fee from the original amount. Online store credits are great for future purchases and are redeemable for up to one year from date of issue.

 

*All returns must be returned in their original condition (i.e. NOT worn, NOT washed, and NOT unaltered in any way). All returns must be damage-free. We will only accept returns that are in their original, re-salable condition. Those that fail to meet this criteria will be classified as non-returnable and therefore; denied

*Note that we do not cover the cost of Returns or Exchange Shipping.

For hygienic reasons, all face masks are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangable. 

*Once we receive your returned items, kindly note that it generally takes about 48 hours or more to process. You will be notified via email once your return has been successfully processed.

REFUNDS

All items are non-refundable, therefore we urge you to be diligent in confirming all items prior to purchasing. Our pieces are all hand crafted and thoroughly inspected prior to shipping.

If you decide to return your item and it is in a resalable condition, you will receive store credit. Store credit cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. For hygienic purposes, we DO NOT honour refunds for used products. 

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as it is not guaranteed that your returned item will reach us. Please note; we do not accept any responsibility for returns that we do not receive.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us a picture of your item.

Keep in mind that the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary, depending on a lot of factors.
